Esme and Mildred are completing their Good Manners class and in the next Therapy Dog Prep Clinic. They are on their way to becoming Pet Partners therapy dogs with their very motivated handlers. Every dog and every handler learns differently which is why our classes are very small. Just a few dogs and sometimes we break out into private classes. We want to focus on the specific issues any team has or the things the dogs or handlers are struggling with. Let’s meet Esme and Mildred as they tackle some challenges.

Esme found the “Down” command challenging, or so her owner thought! One private class and she mastered it so much she wanted to “Down” in all directions! Esme also is perfecting her loose leash walking and paying attention. She already has the love factor down pat!
